GETCASH4DEVICE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

This website is owned and operated by GetCash4Device, LLC (“GetCash4Device”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any transactions in which you sell or attempt to sell your used devices through GetCash4Device (the “Service”).

By using our website and/or submitting your device for a quote or sale, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. GENERAL TERMS FOR SELLING YOUR DEVICE

1.1 Accurate Information Required
You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your device. This includes make, model, storage, condition, and whether it powers on, is unlocked, or has a cracked screen. GetCash4Device is not responsible for errors or omissions in your submission.

1.2 Final Evaluation and Offer Adjustments
All devices are inspected upon arrival. If the condition doesn’t match your submission, we may issue a revised offer. You can choose to accept it or have the device returned to you free of charge.

1.3 Locked Devices or iCloud Activation
Devices must be free of activation locks (iCloud, Google, Samsung, etc.) before shipping. If we receive a locked device, it may result in rejection, delay, or offer adjustment.

1.4 Lost/Stolen Devices
We do not accept devices that have been reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted. If we receive such a device, it will be reported and not returned.

1.5 Accessories
You are not required to send accessories (chargers, cables, etc.). They do not affect your quote and will not be returned if included.

1.6 Shipping
All shipments must be sent using the prepaid label provided by GetCash4Device. You are responsible for securely packaging your device.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1 Payment Methods
Once your device is inspected and approved, payment is processed within 1–2 business days. We offer payment via PayPal, Zelle, or digital gift cards.

2.2 Revised Offers
If your quote is revised, payment will only be processed after you accept the new offer. If you reject it, we will return your device free of charge.

2.3 Express Payout (if applicable)
Some eligible devices may qualify for Express Payout, offering faster processing. Fees and eligibility may apply.

3. PRICE LOCK POLICY

We guarantee your initial offer for 14 calendar days from the day you complete the quote process. After this period, the quote may be updated or canceled.

4. RETURNS

If you reject a revised offer or if your device is not eligible for payment, you may request a return at no cost. We process returns via tracked shipping.

5. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

GetCash4Device is not liable for:

Shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.
Loss or damage to accessories included voluntarily.
Delays caused by locked or incorrectly described devices.
Errors made by customers during quote or shipping.

6. USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree to:

Use the website for lawful purposes only.
Not submit false or misleading information.
Not interfere with the site’s functionality or attempt to bypass our verification systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site and/or cancel transactions if misuse or fraud is detected.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
